VIDEOS: Tamara Henry to Celebrate 10th Year at Night of 100 Stars
Red Carpet Host Tamara Henry will be celebrating her 10th year at the Night of 100 Stars on Oscar night at the Beverly Hills Hotel Oscar Viewing Gala. VIDEOS
Tamara Henry has been interviewing celebrities at the Night of 100 Stars since 2005 and has collected a body of work which can be seen here:
Her first year at the Night of 100 Stars in 2005 she was getting her Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health & Healing and her thesis project was transformational television. She showed her red carpet video to her class, graduated with top honors and secured her current position as an anchor/producer at Channel 16 in Santa Monica.
"Being part of the Night of 100 Stars made it easy to transition into being a filmmaker. I've since had two documentary films that landed on the Oscar Shortlist which made Oscar night all the more exciting." Henry says.

"I will never forget the excitement I felt when I held an Oscar for the first time. It belonged to Shirley Jones. This Oscar watch party is for all of the old Hollywood glamour and all the legends." Henry says. "It was a dream come true for a small town Southern belle like me just to be in the same room with them."
Being around legendary Hollywood glam for a decade prepared Tamara for the role of a lifetime this year. Tamara most recently played a 1960s entertainment news anchor for the Mad Men Season 6 DVD special features "1960s Celebrity News" where she anchored a fantasy entertainment newscast announcing entertainment items like Sydney Poitier's Oscar win in 1963, before there even was such a thing as a "Mary Hart."
Tamara Henry hosted the Night of 100 Stars when it was broadcast live on FoxNews.com She is no stranger to TV, as she has been working in TV news since 1995. She paid for her Broadcast Journalism degree by competing in pageants and was still wearing her crown when she was named the weeknight news anchor in Little Rock, Arkansas while Bill Clinton was President. Since then she has been a Fox news anchor and then news anchor for "Santa Monica Update" on Channel 16 and anchors the show "Metro Motion" which received a local Emmy nomination in 2013 and 2012. She is also a member of AWM.
