The competition, held Feb. 20 at CenterStage@ “These awards showcase our team’s creative power and ability to work with clients in a range of industries on projects from branding to full website redesign,” said Luis Costales, creative director and founder of Atypic. “The Charlotte area is home to incredible creative talent, and to have the opportunity to celebrate and be honored among our peers is tremendous.” Atypic took home a judge’s pick award for its responsive website design for Seafoods.com. This award was one of three chosen by the panel of judges from roughly 400 entries received across all categories. The firm also won for its work with La Storia Productions, creating an immersive website and brand that expresses storytelling throughout history. Atypic received two gold awards for La Storia’s website and business cards, as well as a silver award for the company’s logo. Winning gold entries will be submitted to the regional chapter competition.
