Windsor Heath Capital Announce Board Room Changes
Simon Jackson, Senior Vice President Of Winsor Heath Capital, Will Become The Company's Chief Financial Officer On March 3rd, Reporting To CEOJames Heath. Mr. Jackson Will Succeed Brian Kipling, Who Has been Winsor Heath Capital's CFO Since 1996.
Mr. Heath saluted Mr. Kipling’s service to Winsor Heath Capital and noted his years of effective working relationships with financial officers of companies throughout the financial industry, including High street Banks and boutique financial firms throughout the world..
"Through all the challenges our industry has faced, Brian Kipling has been a steady constant in a swirl of change," Mr. Heath said. "He is well respected throughout our organization and throughout our industry, and he deserves it. We will miss him, but we are very fortunate to have Simon Jackson waiting in the wings. The transition period in the months ahead will be a luxury that we're fortunate to have."
Mr. Kipling, a City of London native, joined Winsor Heath Capital as Vice President and Controller in 1994. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Financial Company in 1996. Prior to Winsor Heath Capital, he served at one of the country’s biggest High Street banks, starting in their retail investment division.
Mr. Kipling is a graduate of Clifton University in Bristol and a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the United Kingdom Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the City of London Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Simon Jackson is currently the Senior Vice President of Winsor Heath Capital’s retail sales division, which provides tailor made investment advice for investors ranging from private first time investors to seasoned investment individuals.
Mr. Jackson joined Winsor Heath Capital in 1999 as an Account Opener in the commodity sector. He was appointed Vice President and Controller of Retail sales in 2003, Senior Vice President for Finance in 2004, and Senior VP Finance for Retail Sales Division in 2012.
Before joining Winsor Heath Capital, Mr. Jackson was a member of Barclays Bank’s commodity and options sales department. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson worked at Royal bank of Scotland after graduating from University of Salford.
Mr. Jackson has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Salford and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Jackson is married and has twin daughters.
