“Taking Flight on Facebook” with Southwest Airlines hosted by SMB Dallas
Alice Wilson, Business Consultant, Social Strategy at Southwest Airlines will present at the upcoming SMB Dallas meeting on how Southwest Airlines has successfully embraced social media, primarily Facebook.
Social media is ever changing and SMB Dallas is an organization that collectively presents and practices social media platforms, tools, metrics, applications, ROI and case studies. We are excited and honored to host Southwest Airlines at the upcoming February 2014 meeting. Southwest will share how the airline has evolved their social strategy from build/acquisition stage amongst silo’ed teams to full alignment across the enterprise to deliver business and revenue goals. We will review Southwest’s approach to Facebook, diving into their purpose on the platform and process of establishing their content strategy as well as topline results.
