Impulse launches Bay-Trail based Embedded Computer

Impulse is pleased to introduce the IB32SB7-101. The IB32SB7-101 is one of the first embedded PCs on the market featuring the latest generation of Intel Celeron “Bay Trail-M” processors.

• Configurable RS-232/422/485 serial port (selectable by jumper)

Based on the high performance yet low powered 7.5 watt Intel Celeron “Bay Trail-M” N2920 1.86GHz processor, the IB32SB7-101 is a versatile and compact embedded computer which provides you with a simple and straightforward automation platform with minimum maintenance.

The IB32SB7-101 is configured with a HDMI output port and a selection of communication ports. I/O includes a Gigabit Ethernet port, a USB3.0 port and two USB2.0 ports.

For added energy efficiency, the IB32SB7-101 supports up to 4GB of DDR3L memory. DDR3L memory operates at a lower 1.35V compared to standard DDR3 memory which operates at 1.5V. The difference in voltage helps reduce a computer system’s overall power consumption.
