About his promotion, McManus said, “It is my goal to work hard within the company and lead it into a new stage as the energy solution that businesses need. There are substantial opportunities for the company’s growing success. These will be determined by the positive efforts of each individual on our team.”
CEO Constance Kronn added, “We have an important mission at Energy Tools, and there will be a lot of work for EJ to do to help us move ahead. The company is at a pivotal moment to make decisions and take growth steps with a team that is ready to follow EJ’s leadership. We believe this will lead to much success for us, for him, and for the world.”

McManus has served as an elected official for the City of Talent, Oregon for the past nine years. He has been appointed to state legislative review committees that addressed development and other policies.
