CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Feb. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Local attorney turned author, Otis L. Lee, Jr, will take part in a panel discussion during the 2014 Festival of the Book ( on March 19 at 4 p.m in Charlottesville’s City Council Chambers (, located at 605 E. Main St.

During “Memoirs: Life’s Unexpected Journeys (,” Lee will offer lessons learned and share insights gained during and after the writing of his book “From South Boston to Cambridge: The Making of One Philadelphia Lawyer (”

“One Philadelphia Lawyer” takes the reader on a journey from Lee’s roots in South Boston Va., to his early childhood in Richmond and to his adolescence in the 1960's in Charlottesville, Va. It follows him further from the beginning of his business career in Chicago and on through the adventures of private law practice in Philadelphia. In “One Philadelphia Lawyer,” Lee has painstakingly traced his family’s lineage and offers highlights of both personal and professional trials and triumphs.

Festival participants will have an opportunity to hear Lee speak as a part of the annual Charlottesville event which draws participants and visitors from around the country. Copies of Lee’s book will be available for purchase.
