Campus Evolution Villages Retained to manage Two Properties Serving Penn State Hazelton Stiudents

NEW YORK - Feb. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Campus Evolution Villages, LLC, a subsidiary of Lauderhill Partners, LLC, announces today that it has been retained to manage 148 beds at two student-housing assets serving students at Penn State University in Hazleton, PA.  Campus Evolution Villages was selected as manager by a subsidiary of Oritani Bank based in Washington Township, NJ, which owns both properties. The properties, known as Solaro, are in very close proximity to the Penn State campus in Hazleton and provide housing for the Penn State student population.

Campus Evolution Villages was recently named a top 20 owner/manager in the prestigious Student Housing Business annual survey. Over the past 12 months the company has closed on 13 assets with a market value of over $200 million and the company now owns and manages 20 student housing assets with over 8,500 beds serving 19 distinct universities across the country.
