MUMS KNOW BEST AT BOOTCAMP PILATES!
Bootcamp Pilates is a fun, results-driven way to improve your shape, tone and posture and all of this is possible for mums now thanks to the launch of the innovative postnatal classes at Bootcamp Pilates.
With many mums finding it difficult to find childcare while exercising, this new class provided by Bootcamp Pilates allows mums to bring their babies along, safe in the knowledge that other mums will be there with their babies too.
Based on Joseph Pilates’ principles of 100 years ago, the Reformer machine is designed to use a system of springs, straps and pulleys all of which work together to provide an effective, non-impact stretching and toning workout. The classes last for 55 minutes, are made up of a small group of like-minded people and taken by fully qualified, knowledgeable instructors who constantly motivate and encourage participants while ensuring exercises are performed properly. In addition to this the postnatal classes are deliberately comprised of low impact exercises that do not use weights or other instruments to ensure a completely safe environment.
Dominique Day, Founder of Bootcamp Pilates says: “Our aim is to provide clients with a range of physically challenging activities, which will dramatically improve their tone, posture and self-confidence and give a sense of personal achievement. Mums are no exception to this rule and many mums have said how much they would like to try a class but find it difficult to arrange childcare. This class allows clients to complete a full body workout at the same time as keeping an eye on their baby and not disrupting feeding routines.”
Mothers of all fitness levels and ages are welcome at the classes and no two classes are the same, ensuring regular participants don’t know what to expect next and constantly receive varied sessions. The classes take place on Monday at 1300hrs in Richmond, Tuesday and Friday at 1100hrs in Notting Hill and Friday at 1300hrs in Fulham.
Bootcamp Pilates have a great introductory offer of £12 for 2 off-peak classes – a great way to try the dynamic reformer workout. After the introductory lessons, you can sign up to Bootcamp Pilates classes from £85 for 5 classes.
