Victoria's Top Boxers fight for the annual cup named after Australia's first aboriginal world boxing champion

Hk Clothing is proud to be involved and sponsoring the HK Clothing Lionel Rose Cup 2014. The cup is the honour of the late Lionel Rose who was the first Aboriginal Boxer to win a world title when he claimed the bantamweight crown in 1968. In the same year he became the first Aboriginal to be named Australian of the Year. Retiring in 1976 with a professional boxing career record of 43 wins (12 by knockout) and 11 losses. In 2003, he was inducted into the Australian National Boxing Hall of Fame.
