Johnson Fleming launches new auto-enrolment service for SME’s

BROMSGROVE, U.K. - Feb. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Johnson Fleming have launched their new managed auto-enrolment service, designed to support businesses of up to 250 employees through auto-enrolment.

Making use of their experience of staging over 40,000 employees, they have developed a streamlined service model allowing smaller businesses access to the people and system used to enrol some of the world’s best known brands.

Their ‘Managed auto-enrolment service’ is unique in the fact that it is not just about providing businesses with a software system for them to manage themselves, but more about outsourcing the administration of the project and scheme to Johnson Fleming’s Certificate in Pensions Auto-Enrolment staff.

Businesses will be provided with access to an online fact find, in which they will complete details of their business, any existing schemes and their approach to auto-enrolment. They will be supported through this process by Johnson Fleming staff who will validate the data and upload the information into their inform+equip system. Businesses will then just need to provide updated payroll information on a regular basis, allowing Johnson Fleming to manage the full administration and communication processes of auto-enrolment.

There will also be the opportunity for businesses to add bolt-ons to their service at any point, including the sourcing of a scheme, consultancy advice, communication strategies and governance reporting.
