Michelle Dunbar HPG Intern Lands in Top 10% of Screen Play Competition

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- – Hawkins Publishing Group of Los Angles, California is pleased to congratulate Intern, Michelle Dunbar on making it to the top 10% of the prestigious Blu Cat Screen Play Competition in Hollywood, California.  Michelle’s short screen play “Shards” made it to the top 10% out of 1602 entries received. We salute Michelle and wish her all the best as the competition moves along to the semi-finals round.

When Michelle received the news of her ranking she exclaimed, “I’ve been writing screenplays for a year and discovered it during my Advanced Creative Writing course with the Open University. In fact my entry is an edited assignment I did for the course. I am completely hooked on screenwriting, to the point I’ve stopped writing novels. I am working on a feature length entry for this year’s contest.”
