Who is GFG? GAMER FIT GUIDE (or GFG) is a big hearted, small project that has full dedication to video gamer performance, avoiding injuries that take away from gaming, advanced tools that increase competitive edge, and getting paid to game. It is time for GFG to give back to them and to you.

GFG/KS Project Mission - Gamer Fit Guide seeks to complete the long overdue publishing project (eBook, Guide, Interactive Website, and Community) that will help millions of video gamers worldwide to overcome the barriers of being a video gamer at any level.
