Lee & Associates Kansas City Promotes Russell Pearson to Principal

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Feb. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates Kansas City has announced that Russell Pearson, CCIM, formerly a director with the firm, has been promoted to principal.

Pearson, who joined Lee & Associates’ Kansas City office in 2008, specializes in industrial brokerage and has negotiated numerous key deals for the firm in and around the Kansas City metro area.  In his tenure with Lee, Pearson has been involved in a wide array of industrial transactions, earning numerous accolades, including being named a CoStar Power Broker in 2012.   He also serves as a board member of the Urban Land Institute and is an active member of his local Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter.

Prior to joining Lee, Pearson served as vice president of operations at A-Z Manufacturing & Sales for nine years.  He graduated with his M.B.A from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2009.  He previously earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Graceland University in 2003.
