15th Annual Philly Fit Bash and Workout-a-Thon

The PhillyFit Bash and Workout – a – thon provides something for everyone, and then some! Whether you fitness goals include; fat loss, weight loss, better nutrition, or finding out some of the hottest exercise routines in Philly, the Philly Fit Bash and Workout – a – thon delivers. Being even just a spectator is an amazing experience, you will go home motivated and ready to find something in your area to get yourself involved with (in the fitness arena)…or at least that is our hope!
This is an interactive event, showcasing not only high energy, fat burning trends..but decompressing, distressing modalities to help us all learn how to wind down from our busy lives. Massage, Tai Chi, essential oils, meditation, yoga, pilates, body composition testing, even ow impact exercise routines for people of all fitness levels, and even activities for kids.
With the PhillyFit Bash and Workout -a –thon being moved to Saturday night this year, there will be dinner options, a live bar/cocktails and socializing available for Philadelphia’
