Enterprise Scorecard is a cloud-based management portal built using Microsoft web technologies and SQL server. It has a range of features allowing business documents to be designed, created, emailed to, and edited by workers both within a company, and with their field employees, customers and suppliers regardless of location. The documents contain a lot of smart technology allowing data to be gathered and business rules to be applied. Examples include: insurance claims, risk assessments, skills tests, health-and-safety inspections, and corporate governance audits. When specific conditions occur alerts and messages can be raised allowing the documents to be routed according to predefined rules to adminsitrators and managers for editing and approval. The full edit history of documents is maintained, and a powerful set of reporting tools allow business information to easily extracted and view in PDF files, or tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Mobile Scorecard extends this data gathering power to Android-based smartphones and tablets. Applications we have implemented include electrical safety audits, courier delivery instructions, warehouse stock checks, and health and safety inspections. Unlike other apps, Mobile Scorecard operates without needing a permanent internet connection. It is also fully integrated with the mobile phone features such as Google Navigate, picture and signature capture, barcode reading, and GPS tracking.
