-- Lawyer Rohit Kochhar
and his wife Sonali Kochhar have impeccably blended Roman and Greek architecture and filled their 'dream home' with artifacts, sourced from every nook and corner of the world. Indeed one of the most spectacular homes in Delhi’s exclusive Chattarpur Farms area, Kochhar's house is a beautiful conglomeration of sweeping staircases, marble floors and pillars Italian art and well-manicured gardens. This is where Rohit Kochhar resides with his wife and two little daughters, along with the retinue of over 20 staff.Rohit Kochhar's wife
, Sonali found the greenery of Chattarpur Farms unmatchable. She says, the surrounding here is peaceful and she truly admires the place as it sets her soul free. It's no surprise that the rooms in the home are so large and are a bit more like mini-halls. The dining hall, for instance, is large enough to easily host an official state banquet. This three level house has a basement, with an indoor swimming pool, table tennis court, a gym and a play station for children. When the house was ready, Rohit Kochhar and his wife filled it with amazing artifacts from Italy and Spain. The only paintings created by an Indian artist are the portraits of his parents that were painted by the renowned Rajasthani artist.
