Watson Realty Corp. ™ celebrates Central region success at 2013 annual awards ceremony
The DeLand office was awarded the Top Producing office in the region; and the second highest Top Producing office in closed volume production was Kissimmee.
The Central region’s Top 2 Producers both earned Gold Pinnacle recognition. The Gold Pinnacle award recognizes those associates who have achieved from $10 million to $25 million in closed volume in one year. The Top Producer for the region was Russie Weidl, from the Heathrow office, and the region’s second highest Top Producer, was Jane Crosby of the DeLand office.
A new category of awards, the Rising Star, was created by Watson Realty Corp. leadership to recognize those associates who were licensed in 2013 and closed over $1 million in volume or had 10 new listings.
The Rising Stars recipients were Gail Sneed and Jeryl Dropp from the Port Orange office; Maddy Dodd from New Smyrna Beach; and Hannah Hayes, Kissimmee office; for meeting and exceeding the closed volume quota. Bob Brewster, Port Orange office and Helen Weaver from the Kissimmee office both closed more than $1 million and had more than 10 listings.
Watson Relocation Services awarded the Kissimmee office with the Award of Excellence which salutes the office with the highest number of referrals per associate with a high conversion rate. Lorraine Weaver from the Longwood office received an award from the Relocation Division for having the most closed outgoing referrals.
Also receiving Silver Pinnacle awards for their performance in the Central region relocation services were Frank Dahlstrom and Greg Rokeh, both REO Specialists and Jim Wright, Relocation Specialist. The Silver Pinnacle awards associates with $5 million to $10 million in closed volume, in one year.
The title, mortgage, and property management divisions of the family of services also made presentations. Watson Title Services awarded Russie Weidl from the Heathrow office for the highest number of closings in 2013. The Kissimmee office had the highest number of closings; and the Champions Gate office had the highest capture rate.
The Longwood office received an award from Watson Mortgage Corp. for the Top Capture Rate of 24.8 percent non-adjusted;
Watson Property Management awarded Terrie White of the DeLand office for having the most referrals in 2013; and the Southwest Orlando office won for having the most referrals to Property Management.
