-- Current Capital Managment led by Todd T Nepola has received final building permits to begin the complete renovation of Port St Lucie Plaza. The Port St Lucie plaza is a 90,000 square foot leasable property located at 7175 US 1. PSL Plaza will undergo a complete renovation of the exterior facade. Nepola has advised the project should take between four to six months, but once complete will be the finest product in town. The property will not only have improvements to the structure, but the exterior lighting,landscaping and parking area will be new as well. The renovation budget has beeen set at $1,250,000.00. Todd Nepola has advised that CCM is speaking with many national tenants to fill the in line spaces as well as a few big box nationals for the 40,000 sq ft space. Demand has increased and vacancy overall in the area is down said Nepola. Current Capital Management presenly manages and leases four shopping centers in the area with a total leasable area in excess of 230,000 square feet. Current Capital is headquartered in Hollywood Florida and manages properties from Cutler Bay Miami to Melbourne Floirda. The company will open a office in Port St Lucie later this month on Port St Lucie Blvd. CCM is looking forward to aquiring additional properties inthe area and working with the business owners in the area to develop new product to accomodate their needs.
