Florida Elite of Lexus Dealer Announces “Toyota is doing big things right here in our back yard!"

MELBOURNE, Fla. - Feb. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- With a little help from Toyota, the world’s largest automaker, Daytona is rising.

Toyota and the International Speedway Corporation (ISC) announced an 11-year partnership, making Toyota the first founding partner in Daytona International Speedway’s $400 million DAYTONA Rising redevelopment project.

This project is ISC’s reimagining of the fan and sponsor experience at the historic Speedway.  The project will create a world-class facility with premium amenities along the nearly one-mile frontstretch of the raceway, unmatched in the industry when completed in January 2016.

Toyota will have naming rights for one of five new and redesigned fan entrances to the raceway, starting next year.

Toyota will also have a presence within the speedway’s new ‘World Center of Racing’ zone, a central area overlooking Daytona’s famed start/finish line inside the new frontstretch facility. Fans will be able to socialize and enjoy themselves in the zone, which is roughly the area of two football fields.

Toyota will also serve as an official partner of the Daytona 500®, including official pace car rights.

In addition to the Founding Partner status with DAYTONA Rising, Toyota also extended the following sponsorship rights at other ISC venues:

·         Race entitlement sponsorship of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and Nationwide Series races at Richmond International Raceway®

·         Pace Car rights at Auto Club Speedway®, Chicagoland Speedway ®, Kansas Speedway®, Phoenix International Raceway®, Richmond International Raceway® and Watkins Glen International® for each NASCAR major event weekend

·         Official Vehicle at Route 66 Raceway®.
