Karen Sue Wheeler is an artist from America who was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a type of Muscular Dystrophy. She uses a "layering technique" which allows her to express her paintings in extreme detail. Each one of her works takes 150-500 hours to complete from start to finish. She lives in Henderson NV, and has artwork all over the world, including Ocotillo Gallery, AZ, and Art Access in Reno, NV.
