Watson Realty Corp. ™ celebrates 2013 performance at Jacksonville region awards ceremony
For the first time ever in Watson Realty Corp. history two new award categories were created for phenomenal performances exceeding $50 million in closed volume. The Circle of Excellence Diamond Award was presented to Kyle Passkiewicz of the Intracoastal office, for closing between $75 million to $100 million in one calendar year. The Circle of Excellence Crown Award was received by Debbie Shagnea from the Mandarin South office, who produced $50 million to $75 million in 2013.
Jan Shields of the Atlantic Beach office was awarded the Platinum Pinnacle Award as the region’s third-highest top producer. The Platinum Pinnacle award recognizes those associates who have achieved from $25 million to $50 million in closed volume in one year.
The Gold Pinnacle was awarded to the fourth-highest producer, Barbara Maple of the Ponte Vedra office. Randy Martin, of the Mandarin South office also received Gold Pinnacle recognition closing out the region’s Top Five producers. The Gold Pinnacle award recognizes the associates who close volume between $10 million and $25 million.
Another new category of awards, the Rising Star, was created by Watson Realty Corp. leadership to recognize those associates who were licensed in 2013 and closed over $1 million in volume or had 10 new listings.
The Rising Star recipients were Channing Berreuter, from the Atlantic Beach office; and Jean Summers, Ponte Vedra office for meeting and exceeding the closed volume quota. Camie Hastings of the Chafee office had more than 10 listings. Juanita Wright, Ponte Vedra office and Tony Caribaltes from the Southside office both closed more than $1 million and had more than 10 listings.
The Top Producing office for the region was the Ponte Vedra office which accounted for almost 10 percent of the company’s overall $2.6 billion in closed volume in 2013. The Intracoastal office had the second highest production, followed by the Mandarin South office in third place. Rounding out the Top 5 producing offices was the St. Johns office in fourth place and Atlantic Beach claimed fifth place.
Watson Relocation Services awarded the Intracoastal office with the Award of Excellence which salutes the office with the highest number of referrals per associate with a high conversion rate. Kyle Passkiewicz from the Intracoastal office received an award from the Relocation Division for having the most closed outgoing referrals. Michele Stewart from the Ponte Vedra Beach office received honorable mention for the second most closed outgoing referrals.
The title, mortgage, property management, and commercial divisions of the family of services also made presentations. The Watson Title Services of N. FL. Inc. awarded George and Jamie Ballou from the St. Johns office for the highest number of closings in 2013. The Mandarin South office had the highest number of closings; and the Oakleaf office had the highest capture rate.
The Hidden Hills office received an award from Watson Mortgage Corp. for the Top Non-Adjusted Capture Rate; and Mandarin South office won Top Adjusted Capture Rate.
Watson Property Management awarded Channing and Chuck Bernreuter of the Atlantic Beach office for having the most referrals in 2013; and the Fleming Island office won for having the most referrals to Property Management. Paul Porter won the Watson Commercial Top Agent award.
