The TAC Online web browser stations for drivers and sales display important customer information and built-in email notifications to the back office, along with customer notes and service updates.   The new redesign allows drivers to view service information and work orders at the same time, and provides a single button to update their status with completion time and GPS location.  Field personnel can use devices such as iPads or inexpensive Chromebooks connected with wifi.

The new Customer Account Portal can be accessed from TAC Online customer’s websites, allowing customers to view service information, invoices and payments and request service.
