Smith Development and Construction chosen by 7 Eleven for RCC program !

CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. - Feb. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- 7-Eleven, the World’s Largest Convenience Store Provider with over 50,000 locations world- wide, has chosen Smith Development and Construction Company based in Citrus Heights, Ca. to lead their Northern California development.  This Regional Core Contractor Program (RCC) calls for SmithDCC to act in a “cradle to grave” capacity overseeing site evaluation, design architecture, engineering construction and management.  The magnitude of this program is far reaching, SmithDCC expects to handle responsibilities for dozens of 7-Eleven stores in 2014.
