WISH - Where Inktel Spreads Hope

-- Inktel Contact Center Solutions has unveiled a new company-wide program to grant the "wishes" of it's employees. WISH, which stands for "Where Inktel Spreads Hope," invites employees to share "WISHes" of all shapes and sizes for a chance for it to be granted by the company. Whether team members have a need to be filled, a goal to be achieved, a dream to be fulfilled, or a cause to be supported, Inktel is doing its part to make those wishes possible.
"The reason we created this program is right in the name," says Inktel's CFO Albert Llodra. "We really wanted to spread hope throughout our organization. We see the overwhelming joy that organizations like Make-A-Wish brings to children and felt there was no reason we can spread that joy to people that make Inktel what is is."
At launch, Inktel will "grant" one wish per quarter. The first 30 days will be the submission process where employees (who meet some simple eligibility requirements)
are invited to submit their own WISHes or "refer" a deserving coworker through an online submission portal. The second month will be the selection process when a committee will review the submissions and their reasons for why they should be granted and select 3 finalists. During the third month, an appointed "Hope Team" will help make the winning WISH a reality.
