The Lanier Law Firm Announces New Roles for Two Top Attorneys in NY

NEW YORK - Feb. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- NEW YORK – The Lanier Law Firm, one of the country’s leading trial law firms, is pleased to announce notable new roles for New York attorneys Richard D. “Rick” Meadow and Evan M. Janush.

Mr. Meadow has been promoted to National Mass Tort Leader for the firm. His new responsibilities will include overseeing all the firm’s pharmaceutical mass tort litigation in addition to promoting and maintaining associated outside relationships at a national level. Mr. Meadow opened The Lanier Law Firm’s New York office in 2004 as Managing Attorney. Since then, he has been integral in growing and establishing the office as one of New York’s “go to” litigation shops.

Mr. Janush has been promoted to Managing Attorney in New York, where he will assume full operational and management responsibilities. An accomplished attorney, Mr. Janush was promoted to Chief of Staff of the New York office last year.

Mr. Meadow’s courtroom track record includes multiple verdicts listed among The National Law Journal’s Top 100 Verdicts of the Year. Mr. Janush’s substantial experience in mass tort class actions includes prominent work in numerous multidistrict claims involving defective products, toxic torts and general corporate negligence.
