-- ERA Wilder Realty agents strive to give back to the community they serve throughout the year. In 2013, agents contributed more than 393 hours of their time, and raised over $54,858.
Community involvement is important to ERA Wilder Realty. Eddie Wilder founded the company with the mission statement, “Our success has been defined by integrity, honesty, professionalism, community involvement, family devotion and a deep commitment to faith.”
Since the company started, their agents have worked to help others and make a difference in their community.
The mission of ERA has made it possible for agents to support each other during hard times. ERA Wilder hosted multiple blood drives this past year with the American Red Cross. One of these blood drives was hosted to help an agent whose son was diagnosed with cancer. Agents, friends and family came out to help donate blood and support his fight.
ERA Wilder is involved in numerous causes. Agents organized teams for ERA’s 6th
annual Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Bowl-a-Thon. The event raised $3,466 to help fight musical dystrophy. Throughout the year agents also wrote letters to help raise money and awareness for MDA.
An ERA Wilder Midtown/ Chapin agent also was involved in helping to foster and save over thirty dogs through the Pawmetto Lifeline Fur Ball Moonlight Gala. The agent raised over $7,500 to help rescue pets and provide low cost spray and neutering.
