DALLAS - Feb. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- The fully redesigned website for the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce (www.dbcc.org) is the first in over 10 years with the biggest update being increased usability and functionality for member interaction. “I am excited for anyone visiting our new website,” said Chamber President and COO, Wilton Munnings. “They will have a pleasurable experience navigating throughout the site while finding the content and pictures more appealing. We have tons of picture and video from previous events and as we catalog them online we hope you have fun viewing them all.”

The Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce website gives members the capability to submit event registrations, membership listings, provide business coupons and promotions, view online interactive calendars. In addition, members are able to view social media updates and chamber news via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and You Tube. The website is greatly dependent on video and photographic media to illustrate a vivid depiction of the Dallas economic landscape, while fully assimilate with mobile platforms and social networks to allow for easy content sharing. “I'm ecstatic about the new Dallas Black Chamber website,” said Chairman of the Board Matt Houston.  We want visitors to enjoy their experience while surfing our site. However, we really want them to see the different information we will release as it relates to improving work capacity and business procurement opportunities in the Dallas area.”

Membership is the pivotal component for success and the Dallas Black Chamber serves as an advocate of the creation, growth and general welfare of African American Business in the Dallas Community.
