CREW-OC 2014 Executive Board positioned for continued growth in Chapter Membership

IRVINE, Calif. - Feb. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- The Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orange County Chapter (http://www.crew-oc.org/home.aspx) is proud to announce a 25% increase in membership in 2013.  CREW-OC is projecting 200 members by year-end 2014. Kristi Oates, 2013 President was at the forefront of positioning the chapter for growth through successful signature events, sponsor support and active member participation.  One of 70 national chapters, the CREW-OC Chapter successfully raised over $30,000 to benefit local non-profit organizations such as Building Blocks Foundation (http://www.buildingblockfoundation.org/), WISEPlace (http://www.wiseplace.org/) and The CREW Network Foundation (http://www.crewnetwork.org/).  Kristi Oates shares, “We are proud to support these organizations and want to thank all of our event and chapter sponsors for their contributions and commitments to ensure events like the SPIRE Awards, CREW Classic Golf Tournament and CREW-OC Summer Party continue to draw interest and raise much need funds for these important groups.”

Terri Riker of Lee Ventures Realty, Inc. was elected 2014 President and, through the efforts of the CREW OC Executive Board, will continue to lead CREW’s mission to advance the achievements of women in the commercial real estate industry.
