International Academy of Hair Design Offers Sweet Deal for Valentine's Day

    The package includes: haircut; shampoo and deep conditioner; blow dry style, basic manicure and pedicure and basic facial with make-up plus a $20 gift card for only $40.  The offer is good at all four Arizona locations, but the services and card must be used where the package was originally purchased. The special expires Feb. 14.
