2013 saw h2 Recruit increase its turnover by more than 50% on 2012 and they have grown their team by creating new roles for Resourcers, Candidate Consultants and Recruitment Consultants to handle the volume of work they secured.
There has been a significant increase in the past couple of years in the use of smartphones and mobile apps, with almost 80% of UK jobseekers using mobile devices as part of their search strategy.
