Help to Buy Available from Miller Homes in Gainsborough

Feb. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- The much discussed Government devised housing initiative Help to Buy continues to be offered by Miller Homes at its Brooklands development located on the outskirts of the bustling market town of Gainsborough.

Introduced early in 2013, the scheme has helped couples, families and first time buyers purchase the home of their dreams who previously struggled to secure a mortgage due to large deposit requirements. A Government initiative, the scheme offers assistance for buyers who only have a small deposit of around 5% through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria. This means that buyers could only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society.
