Amy Rose Joins Colt Ford Among Artists To Perform At Nashville Universe Awards

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Feb. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- MTS Management Group is happy to announce two-time Nashville Universe Awards nominee, Amy Rose will be among the artists performing at the 2014 Nashville Universe Awards ceremony. Amy joins country star, Colt Ford on the list of artists confirmed to perform. More performances are being announced in the coming days.  The event will be held at 7:30pm on February 17, 2014 at the Silver Dollar Saloon, located at 110 2nd Avenue N in Nashville, TN. Admission to the event is free for Nashville Universe members.

Amy Rose is nominated for Best Female Artist and Best Music Video ("Party Like A Redneck.") These are her first two Nashville Universe Award nominations. Other nominees, in various categories, include Florida Georgia Line, Josey Milner,Trailer Choir, Western Avenue, Doc Holiday, Doug Briney, LoCash Cowboys, Whiskey And Cigarettes Radio Show, MTS Management Group and Sony Records.

"We're very excited that the entertainment committee selected Amy to perform," said Michael Stover, Amy's manager. "It's a great opportunity for her to showcase her amazing pipes, and we'll be there, cheering her on. It's going to be a very exciting night for all of us."

Amy Rose is the 2013 International Music and Entertainment Association's Country Entertainer of the Year. She is also a 2013 Independent Country Music Association Award winner for Emerging Artist. Amy is currently nominated for Country Breakthrough Artist at the New Music Awards. Her current single, "Sunshine" is at country radio.

The Nashville Universe Awards are presented by Nashville Universe, a community of people that believe, “A few can make a difference, and that all of us together, are Nashville Universe. Nashville Universe says a lot about you and that you are part of the Nashville community and that you have a road to Music Row.” Winners of last year’s awards include Florida Georgia Line, Kellie Lynne and Flynnville Train.
