By: Northern Rivers Family Services “John Henley is uniquely qualified to lead Northern Rivers into the future,” said Tom Amell, President and CEO of Pioneer Bank and Chairman of the Northern Rivers Board of Directors. “In addition to his extraordinary compassion for and dedication to children, families and our community, he possesses the business acumen to lead an $80 million agency with 1,200 employees through a transformative period of growth and evolution.” Mr. Henley joined Northeast as CEO in 2010 and assumed additional duties as Parsons CEO in 2012 under Northern Rivers. He previously served for 13 years as Executive Director of Elmcrest Children’s Center in Syracuse and for over 10 years as Executive Director of the Cayuga Home for Children in Auburn.
