That is until now.  In his new book, "Absession...America's Guide to Ultimate 6 pack Abs,” Scott Hayward ( in great detail, but in an easy-to-read fashion, why you still haven’t achieved those coveted washboard abs.

Scott also shows you why traditional abdominal exercises aren’t the best way to help you achieve that sculpted six-pack and which ones you should use. And he also discusses why working out less may help you get faster results.
