Jan. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Compact housing size and high power LED for excellent performance-size ratio in a rugged, detergent-resistant stainless steel housing for demanding environments.

The Omron E3ZM is incased in High grade stainless steel housing IP67 and IP69k for highest water resistance, Ecolab tested and certified detergent resistance.

At More Control we specialise in the sourcing and supporting all ranges of sensors and provide support on all Omron products.

The high grade design E3ZM, without protruding optics or adjusters, provides enhanced protection against mechanical damage. Ensures long sensor lifetime, significantly reduces the risk that cut-off or broken sensor parts are processed together with food.

The real cost of sensor replacement is in the lost production time.

A saving of £24,000?
In one of our success stories with the E3ZM a customer had to replace a particular sensor at least once a month due to water ingress. We selected the correct E3ZM equivalent which has now been in operation for two years without any issue. The previous sensor took an hour to change which equates to at least 24 hours of saved production time (£1000 per hour) on this line !!

We are happy to cross refer your existing sensors to the E3ZM range.

As you can see from our very own durability
test of the E3ZM, it tackles all the issues.
