Ann Arbor Carpets celebrates Flooring America’s “Pet Hero” award and a $75,000 + donation

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Jan. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Ann Arbor Carpet’s buying group, Flooring America, recently received the inaugural “Pet Hero” award at a Pets for Patriots gala in Washington D.C.  Flooring America has raised nearly $75,000, of their $250,000 goal, for this charity.  Frank Chiera, Vice President of Marketing and Advertising stated “It’s a great honor to be the first to receive this award.  I am incredibly proud of our hundreds of members who have dedicated their time and resources to raise money for this worthy cause.”

Ann Arbor Carpets is honored to support Pets for Patriots which matches older, or special needs shelter pets with veterans, soldiers, and their families.  Donations to Pets for Patriots provide ongoing support with discounted veterinary care, and money for pet food and basic pet supplies.  The pets provide unconditional love and support to men and women who sacrifice so much for our country.
