Guiding Business Students to Better Decision Making by building Character

MIAMI - Jan. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Miami, Florida, Janury 29, 2014 – On Friday, January 31, 2014 Dave Caserta will be giving his popular Young Professional Career Network (YPCN) "Its All About Character" seminar to students at Broward College's South Campus. He will also be giving a lecture to the Youth Leadership Miami members sponsored by Miami Dade College at Florida International University's North Campus on February 8, 2014.

YPCN, Dave Caserta's education-based start-up, will be a site dedicated to the college student trying to learn about themselves and preparing for their career of choice. YPCN didn't come into existence through the usual methods – it was bourne from a lecture that Dave gave to DECA students at Johnson an Wales University over 13 years ago. He then turned it into a seminar that has been ranked the number one leadership seminar each year since.

The seminar is an interactive and entertaining workshop for college students who want to prepare for their future and stay a head of the competition. The students come together for what seems like a speaker at a podium, but it soon turns into an opportunity to test their ability to work as a team, to learn how to handle issues that will be encountered in business, and how to build on each others strengths. Developing as many virtues of good character are at the heart of the message.  The end result is that your character, coupled with street smarts and key skillsets is what companies are looking at and what will put you on the path to success.

His seminar has been applauded everywhere its been given. It is being recommended, by the Florida DECA president, that all DECA chapter institutions experience this program. Caserta is working on kicking off his YPCN Collegiate Career Tour.
