NuAngel, Inc. Receives Biodegradable Disposable Nursing Pad Patent

ATHENS, Ala. - Jan. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- NuAngel, Inc. announced the issuance of Patent No. US 8,628,507 B1 for their disposable nursing pad made from biodegradable materials.  The product had previously received patent US D636,870 S and is currently being manufactured by NuAngel, Inc.  “The purpose of the pad is to provide an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional disposable nursing pads,” said Teresa Carroll, President at NuAngel, Inc..

“NuAngel Disposable Nursing Pads are not designed to absorb as pads or diapers containing SAP’s (super absorbent polymers).  SAP’s are not used in NuAngel Nursing Pads for the following reasons:  when SAP’s swell the gel reduces pad breathability and the gel may leak onto the breast.  Breathability is important for breast health,” said Teresa P.
