American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association Announces ITB Berlin 2014 Participants

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- The American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association (AIANTA) announces the final list of participants that will attend the ITB Berlin Trade Show, March 5th - 8th, 2014. This year's list of participants will bring their expertise in travel and tourism and their excitement to one of the biggest travel trade shows in Europe.

Monument Valley Simpson's Trailhandler Tours, LLC is owned and operated by Harold and Deborah Simpson. Their family and tour guides are all Navajos who are born and raised in the beautiful and enchanting place called Monument Valley. Chickasaw Nation's division of history and culture strives to preserve their heritage of history, language and culture. The division offers history, traditional storytelling, cultural education classes, as well as information on cemetery preservation and repatriation. The Chickasaw Cultural Center (CCC) is built upon the stories, leaders, symbols and practices of their heritage and is a vision of Chickasaw people generated from thousands of hours of inspired planning, design and labor.

Native Wisconsin is made up of eleven sovereign tribal nations and is the largest concentration of tribes in one state east of the Mississippi River. NATOW is an inter-tribal consortium that was launched as a state wide initiative in 1994. Tourism provides an excellent tactic for tribes to diversify their economies, while telling the true story concerning their history and culture.

Keepers was formed in 1996 to protect the Pipestone Quarries in Pipestone Minnesota for all Tribal People. At that time there were various groups around Indian country saying the Quarries should belong to them only and not all Tribal nations.  We are a nonprofit Tribal spiritual organization with members all over the world and from more than 35 Tribal Nations.  We believe in preserving the Sacred Tradition of the pipe and allowing free access to the Great Pipestone Quarries for all Native American's as they have been for time immemorial and support the art of pipe making.  We also believe it is important to preserve each tribe's unique culture, arts and stories for future generations.
