ERMCO, Inc. selects Explorer’s Contract Manager V7

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Vancouver, BC–Explorer Software Group, one of the leading providers of job cost accounting software worldwide, today announced that ERMCO, Inc. has selected Contract Manager v7 as their new accounting and project management solution.

Based in Indiana, ERMCO is one of the country’s 50 largest electrical contractors, with revenues in excess of $100M.  The company is one of the region’s go-to contractors for high profile projects, including Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis International Airport, and Eskenazi Health Hospital, a $620M facility slated for completion this year. Working with various other contractors, ERMCO has also completed projects nationwide, including Paul Brown Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Bengals, Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and a new 18,000-seat stadium for Major League Soccer’s San Jose Earthquakes.  They were recently named Specialty Contractor of the Year by ENR Midwest, for excellence in innovation, safety, community involvement and their work on the Eskenazi Health Hospital project.

ERMCO has been a long time user of Explorer’s TCMS solution, a legacy product that Explorer acquired from Ferrell Companies in 2005 and continues to maintain today. "We never end-of-life our legacy products, so our contractors can choose to upgrade when they’re ready," explains Jim McFarlane, President & CEO of Explorer Software. For ERMCO, that time came this year.
