NOLA Lending acquired by Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank

NEW ORLEANS - Jan. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- NOLA Lending has been recently acquired by Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank in New Orleans, for an undisclosed sum.  The CEO and president of Fidelity Homestead, Alto McRee tells the Advocate (http://theadvocate.com/news/neworleans/neworleansnews/8099194-123/fidelity-homestead-acquires-nola-lending) that this acquisition combines two major players in the home loan business.  McRee states that there will be no layoffs or office closures as the two companies merge and that NOLA’s headquarters in Mandeville will remain open.
