The new pricing model was based on the majority of Offerchat users who are small business owners. There are but two plans available in the new pricing model, Basic and Pro. Features in each plan complement highly the live chat support needs of small to medium businesses.

These two plans differ from each other on price per agent and exclusive features available to each plan. Businesses with wider needs for live chat can opt for the Pro subscription for just $17 per agent. Users can upgrade to one of the two plans by logging into their Offerchat account and clicking Change Plan in the dashboard. The rest can sign up for Offerchat and go through the 30-day Pro Trial to test drive the tool.

After registration, a javascript code is given to new users to be added to the website’s HTML theme before the end head tags. Once added, a chat widget will appear on the user’s site or online store ready to accept chats from visitors. The widget goes online when the users or their agents log in to the Offerchat dashboard to reply to a customer.

Small and medium business owners who will subscribe for either of the two plans are guaranteed no lock-in contracts. Major credit cards are accepted.
