Green Clean: The Waterless Car Wash

BETHESDA, Md. - Jan. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- People need water more than our cars do. Though that statement is common sense, it is rare that we stop to think about it. At the old-style car washes, it takes a lot of water to wash even one car.  That is a lot of waste, plus it wreaks havoc on the environment.   Clean water is becoming  a commodity in many countries, and even in the U.S. given all the environmental breaches that have entered our water, hence one might think twice about drinking it.

On one of Manuwa Eligwe and his best friend/business partner Sicander Nashe's trip to the library where they used to like to think and talk about creative ideas, which they jokingly called “research”. Then this topic evolved. Suddenly real research and a lot of work was in the near future.

It didn’t take long before Manuwa Eligwe Eligwe and Sicander Nasher had a business plan and partnered with WaterIsLife to form Green Clean, an ecofriendly waterless car cleaning company.

Their goal in creating Green Clean was/and is to rewrite the expectations of how a car wash should operate.  This is accomplished via heightened customer service, with a complimentary lounge (found at all Clean Green establishments, and their vital partnership with WaterisLife.)

One of their primary goals in the creation of their business was/and is to find a way to give back. That one really came “automatically” with the business model.  Over 100 gallons of water is saved with each wash. As if that were not enough, their WaterisLife partnership has enabled them to donate part of their proceeds to help forge water initiatives with a long-term goal of building many wells that will have a lifetime planetary impact; driving home (no pun intended) their philosophy that people need water more than cars.

The entire process from chemicals to drying is ecofriendly.

There are numerous reasons to choose Green Clean to wash ones car. One is of course it’s superior cleaning process and there is a big difference between it and the old water car wash systems.

But there’s other reasons; Convenience, Green Level Of Service – Green Standard, ECO-Friendly, Safety, Giving Back, and  you won’t get your feet wet because it’s waterless. Oh, and they are very nice people.
