Randstad Sourceright Teams Unite to Support Great Causes

BOSTON - Jan. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- In keeping with company tradition, Randstad Sourceright (http://www.randstadsourceright.com/), a global talent leader, today announced results of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that raised nearly $20,000 for various local and international charities. Engaging associates from the Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Payrolling & Independent Contractor Solutions (PICS) groups, the company developed five teams and provided each with $200 of seed money to contribute directly to a charity of their choosing, or to grow the money through fundraising.

The Randstad Sourceright teams used a variety of means to encourage fundraising support, including social media channels, online portals and traditional outreach. This year’s charitable organizations included:

 -  Feeding America (http://feedingamerica.org/),
 -  Philippines Typhoon Haiyan Relief (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2013/11/09/haiya...),
 -  Salvation Army Red Kettle (http://www.onlineredkettle.org/), and a
 -  Local family (http://www.youcaring.com/other/in-loving-memory-of-tommy-...) identified from a church community.

Randstad Sourceright is thrilled with each team’s success and the positive impact made in communities all over the world. The company donated an additional $1000 to Feeding America, in support of the team that was recognized with a distinction for its fundraising efforts.
