New Jersey Home Staging Specialist To Speak At National Convention

LEONIA, N.J. - Jan. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- (LEONIA, NJ) – Bernadette Flaim, Principal Designer of The Flaim Group LLC – Home Staging and Interior Redesign, will speak about building strategic partnerships and home staging at the RESA National Home Staging Convention on January 29th. The convention will take place in Las Vegas.

Her presentation, “A Team Approach to Staging: Getting Referred Business from Organizers and Realtors®” will focus on obtaining referred clients and working with professional organizers and Realtors® in the home staging business. Flaim will present with a professional organizer and a Realtor.

Flaim is an Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Stager and RESA-PRO® and has received advanced training from HGTV's Matthew Finlason. She has worked in the real estate and design industries for almost 10 years and uses her “lifestyle merchandising” and marketing techniques when staging a home; helping her home sellers set their properties apart from their competition so that they sell faster and for more money.

Flaim is also a RESA-approved SAR staging instructor for the Northeast and received the 2011 RESA State Chapter President of the Year award. In 2009, she received the NJ Association of Women Business Owners Business Woman of the Year Award.
