Jan. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- In all walks of life, it is natural to assume going to the source is always a sure way to reduce cost and ensure a more reliable product. In British Law there has been a divide between those who represent you. Barristers and Solicitor, this divide up until recently has been a segregation that maintained there co-dependency.

The law has been changing. The cost of getting into a legal dispute can be costly and worrying especially if you are going to have to pay a middle person as well. The new laws stipulate public access for Barristers. The divide still exists and in some cases it will be monumental to seek a solicitor but if this were the case the Barrister would inform you of this.

Saving money is always a good motivation but this is only if you believe it will pay off. The way the law is evolving it still protects you the client. If a solicitor is needed then it will be arranged but if not then as a client now you will be able to approach a Barrister who will suit your criteria. Hence building a relationship with the person who will be advocating you in court.

Barristers provide expert legal advice, advocacy and draft document. The advantage you gain by removing the solicitor is you will be collecting the evidence to your case. Not somebody else who has no concern for you or your company. With your personal involvement you will be spearheading your case with the confidence you have selected a Barrister you trust. No longer will you feel like the third will to your own legal battles.

Previously where a solicitor would instruct your barrister, it will be you alone now. This is advantageous as it means the case will be presented the way you wish. All barristers must have been passed by the bar association before they can take on cases. The level of legal knowledge separating the solicitor and the barrister is quite huge. Receiving the expertise of a Barrister first hand will provide you with the confidence needed when getting into legal disputes.
