Inspire Homes Celebrates 10 Years in Business

CALEDON, Ontario - Jan. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- In 2014, Inspire Homes, http://www.inspirehomes.ca, a Toronto area home builder and renovator, is celebrating 10 years in business.  The company started in January 2004 as a new homebuilder.  It received its licence to build new homes from Tarion, then known as the Ontario New Home Warranty program, and built one house in its first year.  In its second year, the company continued its focus on new home construction, as well as doing a few small renovations, mainly from word of mouth referrals.

A major turning point came in the third year of business, as the company began to advertise its services through home shows.  It also completed two house additions during the year, and for the first time, the majority of revenue came from renovations and house additions, rather than new home construction.

Since starting in the new home construction business, Inspire Homes has had the capabilities to design and build projects.  It has taken these capabilities and successfully applied them to smaller projects such as renovations and house additions.  This design build approach has been welcomed by homeowners, who are looking for a single source provider for their entire project.

Inspire Homes has, over the years, garnered industry recognition, winning Best Renovation Awards from the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) in 2009 and 2012, both of which were for house addition projects.  House additions have now become the primary business for Inspire Homes.

Inspire Homes would like to thank the many people that have been a key to its success.  Employees and  trade contractors (many of whom have worked for Inspire Homes for its entire 10 year history) are key to producing a quality construction product.  And finally, its customers.   Much of the business over the years has come from repeat business and satisfied customer referrals.
