New Cleaning Company Launches, No More Middle-Man Games

SAN DIEGO - Jan. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Welcome, Stay Clean San Diego, to the cleaning services industry.  Stay Clean SD was formed based off a necessity to fix an ever growing problem in the industry.  Founders Andronica Bammer, and Leonard Paulsen recognized the lack of places really being left by cleaning crews.  Meaning, there is not a shortage of companies providing the 'service', but there was a lack of standards being upheld.

Further research into most of the major companies turned up exactly what was expected.  Most of the cleaning companies that exist, aren't really cleaning companies in the fact that they really have full time employees, that can create consistent, reliable results.  Rather, they hire independent contractors to do the job, all while keeping their cost down, and profits up.  The only problem with this, is by law, you can not tell an independent contractor 'how' to perform their job, and they do not even have to accept the job if they so choose.  This leads to the problem of constantly changing staff, as well as no means to control the quality of work being performed.


Thus, Stay Clean San Diego was formed.  The mission: create a real company, create real jobs, and build a team of loyal employees, that can uphold the standards of the company, and deliver a consistently superior service to customers.
