CHICAGO - Jan. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- CHICAGO, January 21, 2014 – SwervePay LLC, the industry leader in secure, cloud-based payment and customer service solutions for auto dealerships, today announced it has partnered with DealerRater to introduce an advanced new smartphone-based tool that helps consumers quickly and easily review and rate their dealership experiences.

With SwervePay Auto, each initial transaction automatically creates a secure customer profile that simplifies all future interaction, including text and email service estimates and approvals, invoices, payments and receipts.  Through the newly established agreement with DealerRater, customer service receipts sent via text or email will now features direct links to DealerRater’s site so that customers can simply click on the link and immediately rate their dealer experiences.

DealerRater is the world’s premier car dealer review website, providing a central collection point for informative dealership reviews on the criteria of customer service, quality of work, friendliness, price and more. DealerRater hosts nearly 1.3 million consumer reviews of more than 41,000 North American auto dealers.

According to recent research reports, more than 60 percent of all mobile phones are smartphones, and more than 65 percent of auto dealer customers choose email as their notification preference for service reminders and special offers.  Approximately half of auto service customers stated they would click on a smartphone link to schedule a service appointment, and 75 percent said they would prefer to be notified by text when their vehicles are ready for pick-up.
